Lake Calhoun Flats sell for $33 million

Weidner Apartment Homes has added apartments with a fading Lake Calhoun view to grow its Minnesota portfolio to 18 properties. Kirkland, Washington-based Weidner paid $33 million for the 158-unit, two-building complex at 3036 W. Lake St., according to a certificate of real estate value made public on Monday.

C&W team sells condo building in NE Minneapolis

The team of Lance Steiger and Robert Dulin sold the Crescent Trace building, at 1101 Main Street SE in Minneapolis, for $12.4 million. The deal puts the ownership of 55 condo units in the hands of Blackhawk Investment Group. The former owner is Scott Weber, a local investor.

United Properties sells Duluth apartments

Lance Steiger and Robert Dulin represented United Properties in the $21M sale of the Kenwood Village apartments in Duluth. The property, which features 83 units and opened this year completely leased, features ground-floor retail. Lance told Finance & Commerce that the sale is a good sign for outstate Minnesota, since a New York-based firm was the buyer.

C&W team represents owner in Minneapolis apartment sale

Robert Dulin and Lance Steiger represented Yellow Tree Development in the $18M sale of the newly opened 74-unit The Whit Apartments along Blaisdell Avenue in South Minneapolis. The property is just a couple blocks from the Eat Street neighborhood and features amenities such as an on-site fitness center, club room and scenic rooftop deck.
